1. Agreement to Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the GP Easy Redirects application ("App") on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. License & Store Use
PGS Tech Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely on your authorized Shopify store for managing URL redirections and monitoring 404 error events.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
We offer a Free Plan and a premium Pro+ Plan. All payments, billing cycles, upgrades, and cancellations are processed securely through Shopify's official Billing API. Charges are billed monthly in advance.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the services will be completely error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any indirect damages, lost sales, or SEO rank fluctuations.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law & Contact
